Kyzart / Kilemche — Son-Kul Lake

Your journey begins from Mira’s Homestay in Kyzart village, where we help you prepare for the ride, meet your guide and check the horses and equipment.
From Kyzart, you will head toward Kilemche and continue deeper into the mountains, following peaceful trails, open jailoo pastures and wide valleys. Along the way, you will stop for a packed lunch and enjoy the quiet beauty of the Kyrgyz countryside.
By the end of the day, you will reach Son-Kul Lake — one of the most beautiful high-altitude lakes in Kyrgyzstan. At the yurt camp, our family will welcome you with a homemade dinner, hot tea and a cozy place to rest after the ride.
Overnight stay in a traditional yurt near Son-Kul Lake.

After breakfast at the yurt camp, you will have some time to enjoy the calm morning by the lake before starting the ride back to Kyzart.
The return route gives you another chance to take in the vast mountain views, endless pastures and peaceful rhythm of local nomadic life. The ride is active, beautiful and rewarding — a perfect short escape into the highlands.

Arrive in Kyzart by 11:00. We’ll welcome you with lunch, introduce you to your guide and horses, and start the journey at around 12:00–13:00.
Option B — Stay with us the night before
Come to Kyzart the evening before the tour and stay at our family homestay. Relax after the journey, enjoy a homemade dinner and start the trek fresh after breakfast
